2017 saw Bamboo PR turn fifteen years old. In that space of time, we’ve seen the rise of the smartphone, the growth of social media, online video become one of the most powerful marketing channels available and PR change irrevocably.

In 2017 we welcomed new clients from a variety of different sectors including Footdown, masters of the high-performance workplace, Enigma Telematics, one of the UK’s leading telematics providers, and Sticky Sisters, a fast-casual chicken restaurant brand.

Some other new clients included Another Number – an app to improve your work life balance by adding two phone numbers to your mobile phone – and Fredericks Foundation, which we ran a paid social campaign for with impressive results.

Our team also grew with our new Account Executive, Monica Gaspar, joining who completed her apprenticeship with us. Monica quickly fit into the team and is hard at work supporting our clients with press relations, marketing campaigns and social media content.
