Sometimes relationships come full circle. Marco and Caroline Yates, Void’s Head of Marketing, first worked together during Bamboo’s long-standing partnership with avsnet.

Marco led the account on Bamboo’s side, while Caroline drove the social media strategy. That early collaboration built a rhythm and trust that would prove invaluable years later.

Fast forward, and Caroline once again turned to Bamboo, this time as the client and with an exciting proposition: help elevate Void Acoustics’ PR and brand awareness. She wanted a partner who loved telling stories that did justice to Void’s unique sound systems and bold brand. Not just specifications and product features, but real-world stories of how Void technology transforms experiences from festivals and hospitality venues to corporate installations.

Together, we’ve cemented Void as the sound system to beat, launching headline products into publications such as Pro Sound Web, TPi Magazine, DJ Mag and other landmark outlets around the world.

Our favourite case study, of which there have been countless examples, was for HPE that earned top-tier coverage in UC Today, AV Magazine, and Installation.

Other highlights include coordinating a LIVE Magazine roundtable and helping shape the storytelling behind Void’s new website. Each activity was designed to keep the brand’s voice as bold and distinctive as its products.

We also supported Void at numerous ISE’s in Barcelona, one of the AV sector’s most important tradeshows, providing on-the-ground coordination to maximise media opportunities and strengthen the company’s presence.
