  • Confidently interacting with senior people like marketing managers, directors, and owners
  • Demonstrating curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Championing new ideas and considering how to improve what’s already working

Job description

Our team of seven makes this a diverse, fast-paced role working across a collection of SME businesses and campaigns. You will work in our Client Services Team and report to an Account Manager who reports to our Content Director.

  • Client contact – respond to client queries and participate in scheduled client calls
  • Client coordination – move work from inception through approval to publishing
  • PR ideation – create great stories and topics that capture journalist attention
  • PR outreach – daily contact with the media to secure PR opportunities with clients
  • Content creation – write and produce content from briefing to publishing
  • Digital marketing – assist with performance marketing and digital marketing campaigns
  • Social media – create LinkedIn content and schedules while managing client profiles
  • Reporting – produce reports that demonstrate our value to clients
  • Internal marketing – assist with Bamboo Brand marketing activities
  • New business – contribute to business development activities that drive long-term growth

We are a Monday.com organisation that relies heavily on effective project management, information sharing, and status tracking. Training will be provided for the platform; however, the basics of digital project management are advised.

Microsoft Teams and Outlook are our communication methods due to client use.

How we work

We are a full-time work-from-home agency without an office, so you must be comfortable with this way of working.

Our team is spread across London, the Midlands, the North East, and Scotland. Our clients are mostly in Southeast England, so a willingness to travel to meet clients and for our team away days is important. All business-related travel is paid for by Bamboo.

We work 35 hours per week with core working hours (9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm) to sync up on meetings, however, our flexible culture lets you balance work with your life.

We have a 15-minute sync-up call every morning, a 30-minute team social call, ad-hoc team calls throughout the day, and weekly pre-scheduled client calls.


Package

This role is available immediately and is a full-time work-from-home position.

  • £24,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Recruitment process

We are searching for someone who can start immediately but will consider those with a notice period.

  • 11th October – 22nd October: CV Submissions

  • 11th November – 15th November: Round 2 Interviews
  • 18th November – 22nd November: Successful Candidate Informed
